Super Agent Agency will only approve your booking once the booking confirmation form is completed by the clients and has approved the abbreviated terms and conditions. Final Staff Numbers and hours for Staffing Solution: Super Agent Agency requires confirmation of the final staff number required for your event 7 days prior to your function date. Due to the nature of the Hospitality Industry, we do value last minute booking and give our best flexibility to our Client’s need. Please ensure to complete the provided timesheet accurately to avoid wrong charges to your invoice. However, please note that SAA does have a policy of a minimum of 4hours booking per staff.
Super Agent Agency requires a minimum of 30% deposit to be paid with approval of the quotation. Then, the remaining amount will be invoiced to your Email Account after the completion of the job, payable within 7 days. Surcharges apply to credit card payments (1.75% for Visa or Mastercard and 2% for American Express).
Once we have a booking enquiry/booking form, we will forward you a quotation based on your job requirements. This written quotation will clearly outline all costs and inclusion. Super Agent Agency guarantees that if no changes are made to the brief, the quoted prices will remain valid until changes have occurred due to governmental requirement or clients themselves. The cost will be adjusted to the original quote once event details including schedule and staff numbers or any other requirements are changed. Should your venue include any difficult access areas which may increase set up a time for the staff/require more staff than the original estimate, this will be reflected in the costing.
SAA staff are legally obliged to refuse to serve alcohol who appears to be intoxicated or to be under the age of 18. All the Staff are crossed checked on validation of their RSA. Cancellation: If the unfortunate should happen and you need to cancel your function, the following guidelines
A. We require a minimum of 48 hours written cancellation via Email prior to the function date; Super Agent Agency will contact you for negotiation on your next event or discuss your deposit refund.
B. If less than 24 hours notice is given, an administration charge of 100$ in addition to staff costs will apply. Staff will be charged for 4 hours as per our Minimum hour booking policy.
Insurance Policy: Super Agent Agency cannot take responsibility in the unlikely event of damage or loss to equipment (broken glassware, crockery etc.) The costs are the responsibility of the client. SAA holds worker’s compensation for staff insurance.
COVID-19 Pandemic Special Policy:
If your event needs to be rescheduled due to government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, we will transfer any monies in full over to a new booking date that will be negotiated with you. If your event needs to be cancelled up to 5 days prior due to government-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, we will refund any payment received in full.
